What we do
There are three primary components of the Roundstone Business as follows:
Operating Partner
This is where Roundstone identifies opportunities across its core competencies in hotels/living/Office and then structures, finances and acquires these transaction working alongside private equity real estate and family offices.
Roundstone West
The Development Management business is called Roundstone West and acts as development manager for a range of clients including UHNW families and private equity real estate investment managers. The team is currently active on a number hotel mandates in the five star and luxury lifestyle hotel space.
Real Estate Advisory Services
These services range from development advice to asset management services to working with lenders on loan recovery maximisation.
