David is the co-founder of Roundstone Real Estate Group, a Chartered Accountant by training David has over 20 years experience in London and Dublin Real Estate Development.
David leads the operating partner side of the business, including the origination, structuring and financing of new transactions.
David has been focussed on expanding Roundstone's interest in the Irish Market, where we are currently live on a number of transactions.
Previously David was CEO of Auriens Group, the luxury living developer. David was instrumental in the creation, development and operation of the much acclaimed Auriens Chelsea development (Auriens.com)

Richard, who leads the development side of the business, has over 25 years’ experience of complex Central London development projects including residential and commercial office-led mixed-use developments, luxury hospitality and luxury private residences.
Previously Richard’s main role has been advising Auriens, a later life luxury living operator, on development and property matters, whilst developing a number of projects with the Reuben Brothers.Prior to that Richard was CEO of European Land, which was responsible for delivering over 1.2m sq ft of mixed-use development in the Paddington basin. Before this Richard was one of the founding directors of Multiplex Developments UK and having previously worked at CIT.

Eduardo was born in 1959 in Buenos Aires, Argentina and has been a Chartered Consulting Engineer for more than 35 years. He joined Hoare Lea Consulting Engineers in the UK in 1989 and a few years later he became a partner, joining the executive board of the firm in 1994 with specific responsibilities for the firm’s growth in the private commercial and residential sectors in London and Europe. His projects include many landmark buildings in London, Madrid and the South of France.
He has recently retired from Hoare Lea and he now holds a number of non-executive director positions with professional services firms. Eduardo has worked with David Meagher and Richard Banks on many projects over the years and he has joined Roundstone Real Estate Group in September 2024.
Eduardo is known in the industry for his high standards of achievement and his personable and client focussed approach. He is a family man who enjoys travelling, skiing, water sports, oil painting and writing.

Amanda is a hugely experienced development director with over 25 years of experience in Central London, Europe and the USA. Specialising in super-prime residential schemes from inception to operational management she has been an integral part of numerous high-profile schemes including One Hyde Park and 1 Mayfair, having worked at Chelsfield, Candy and Candy, Brookfield Multiplex and Caldwell Developments.
Amanda’s approach is efficient and collaborative, working closely with design and project teams as well as third parties to deliver the client brief. She is hands-on, motivated and her expertise focusing on obtaining complex planning consents and delivering luxury residential developments alongside their supporting affordable homes.
Amanda has successfully regenerated and reused the built environment. She excels at regeneration, repositioning, placemaking, planning and the efficient delivery of sustainable buildings to occupation.
She is committed to delivering best in class in all the sectors she has worked in and adopts transparent processes with procedures to reduce and control development risk.

Tom joined the team in 2024, with 15 years experience, across a variety of sectors. Toms last role was with a large private central London developer where he lead major projects. The developer built and managed a mixed portfolio including offices, short-stay residential, retail and leisure properties. Tom was responsible for a number of schemes, including the UKs largest underground roller coaster. Tom has advised and managed all stages of the development lifecycle from appraisals to disposals, and everything in between.
Prior to this, Tom's project experience includes large mixed use regeneration schemes, high rise luxury residential, community spaces, retail programmes, and complex infrastructure schemes. Tom is also a non-executive director for a start-up social housing provider.

Emma is an interior design manager and project lead with 20 years experience in the luxury design industry. She has a wealth of experience across both the super prime residential and luxury hotel sector; working on projects within the UK and overseas.
Emma has worked for a range of luxury hotel groups and private clients, including Auriens Chelsea, Four Seasons Hotel Group, Sandy Lane Hotel, Langham Hotel Group and has a breadth of expertise across all aspects of design in both design lead and client representative roles.
She is experienced in all aspects of luxury interiors from Initial client brief, design concept and presentation, through to procurement and overseeing the installation of all design elements on site.

Jane has 15 year’s experience working within the luxury design industry and has worked on some of leading luxury hotel and residential projects globally, including the Four Seasons Baku, Langham Chicago and more recently as creative director for Auriens Chelsea.
With a flair for FF&E design, Jane has a wealth of experience including bespoke furniture and lighting design through to procurement, installation and styling.
Jane is taking a leading role in coordinating the FF&E design and procurement on the Admiralty Arch project.

Mollie joined RSW from the Auriens Chelsea development team in 2022.
Combining commercial and client-facing experience with a passion for the built environment, Mollie has a proven track record in project delivery and client care.
Having previously worked for architecture practices and cultural institutions, she has moved into the property development sector to pursue her ambition to grow in a design and development role. For the just over a year now she has been heavily involved with the redevelopment of the Admiralty Arch project, with particular focus on the specialist F&B restaurants and bars involved with both the interior design and operator interfaces.

Eleanor recently joined the Roundstone West team, where she supports the design leads with her broad experience in architectural and design management.
Previously, she worked in the southwest of England with a conservation architect, applying her training to a variety of heritage projects. Prior to her architectural training, Eleanor gained substantial experience as a design manager in the construction industry, contributing to a range of high-profile London projects, including listed buildings such as the Royal College of Surgeons and the North Eastern Parliament.
Eager to expand her knowledge in interior and FF&E design, Eleanor hopes her transition into the property development sector will provide opportunities to deepen her expertise in these areas.

Martin Ricketts has over 40 years of technical experience working on large scale developments throughout the UK. Martin was previously a main board member of Mace Ltd.
Martin graduated from Loughborough University and is now a technically qualified management consultant, he has acted as a Technical Director to a number of major Developers.
Martin specialises in projects where he can add value, due to his property/technical knowledge and management expertise he can bring. Critically this knowledge allows Martin to view things from a clients/end users perspective to secure the best long term outcomes for operational assets.
He is involved in projects from inception planning/feasibilities through all processes including appraisals/financing, design, procurement and implementation on site.
In the the world of ever increasing technical requirements, Martins 40 years of experience of all matters technical on large scale developments is critical to the success of Roundstone developments.
